Xavier LavoipierreAmong the most satisfying feedback we get from clients is that they like working with us.

Why are we different?
We genuinely care about our clients and their goals, and do not just "go through the motions" for the sake of getting to the end of the case. We’re here to serve you and your needs! If what you want is a personalized approach, call us today.

Mr. Lavoipierre does not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to civil litigation. Rather, each case is carefully managed according to the particular facts of the case, the parties involved, and most importantly the client’s desires. After all, it’s your case, and you’re the one who will be most affected by the outcome.

The Law Office of Xavier A.M. Lavoipierre has been providing civil litigation services in Sonoma since 1991. Mr. Lavoipierre has tried cases in Sonoma, Napa, San Francisco and Marin counties. His astute critical analysis, attention to detail, and outstanding research, writing and oral communication skills have garnered results for his clients.

Mr. Lavoipierre has been licensed as an attorney in California since 1987. After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1987, Mr. Lavoipierre served as a research attorney for a year in the Law and Motion department of the San Francisco Superior Court (Hon. Lucy Kelly McCabe), a coveted position which uniquely prepared Mr. Lavoipierre for a career in litigation. Following his service for Judge McCabe, Mr. Lavoipierre associated with the prestigious Napa law firm of Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty before striking out on his own and establishing his own practice in Sonoma in 1991.
